SeaScape is located on the beautiful coastline of Brunswick County – North Carolina’s fastest growing county. Ideally located near the south-facing beach, the prevailing ocean breezes keep SeaScape warmer in winter and cooler in summer. The average high temperature is 59 degrees in January, and 88 in June.

Our community is situated midway between Wilmington, North Carolina and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina – both with international airports an hour’s drive or less from SeaScape.

Although the community is peaceful and private, it still offers practically everything residents could ask for nearby. The Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center, a state-of-the-art campus with a full range of medical services, is just 15 minutes away. Shopping and other conveniences are available in the city of Shallotte, also only 15 minutes away, and a pharmacy, food and seafood markets are less than 5 minutes away.
