If you own a boat, or want to, SeaScape was built for you. Our beautiful, private, 75-slip marina, exclusively for property owners, offers immediate access to the Atlantic Ocean and the ICW.

The SeaScape Marina, considered by many to be the finest private marina in Brunswick County, features slips with water and electric service for vessels up to 55’. And it’s all overseen by an experienced full-time harbormaster.

Treat yourself to some of the finest saltwater fishing for tuna, king mackerel, drum, sea bass, snapper, grouper and flounder. The nearby tidal marshes are great spots to catch sea trout or bass and bring home a seafood lover’s bounty of blue crabs, oysters, clams and shrimp.

Our Marina Dock House facility has a boat launch ramp, kitchen facilities, a fish-cleaning station, restrooms, observation decks, and picnic grounds.

Additionally, SeaScape has a private, secured storage area to conveniently store boats, trailers and recreational vehicles.
