SeaScape is the only marina community situated in the ideal location where three main bodies of water converge – the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) and the Lockwood Folly River. Fishing tournaments abound here year round where anglers reel in record trophies.

If you don’t own a boat but love to fish, board one of the many top-ranked local fishing charters. Or, grab your cooler and head to the docks when the shrimp boats return with the day’s catch.

One of the more popular outings for SeaScape boaters is a ride on the ICW to any of the nearby waterfront restaurants that serve fine cuisine to suit every taste. Dine inside or out. Enjoy a delicious meal and be on your way to another great adventure on the water.
