As many of you know, the Social Committee purchased and placed swings for the use and enjoyment of the SeaScape community at the Marina.  The Association received a demand from the Declarant’s attorney to remove or relocate the swings, contending the swings were located on the Declarant’s private property and that the placement of the swings, and their continued presence there, constitute a trespass.  Yesterday morning, the Declarant relocated the swings to the Grand Manor House parking lot.  The Association disagrees with the Declarant’s contentions concerning the swings and anticipates addressing those disagreements, as well as the Declarant’s conduct regarding the removal of the swings, as part of the pending lawsuit with the Declarant.
